On January 29th, China MCC5 Group won the bid for the construction projects of European Industrial City in Chengdu. MCC5 was awarded with 27 construction projects, including Dongshan Avenue, Erliqiao Road, Qingquan Avenue (European Industrial City Section), Chingquan Town European Garden Resettlement Apartment Buildings, Rongou Center Rvierside Green Road and New City Park, Standardized workshop buildings and so on.
　　It is reported that the scope of work not only includes transportation infrastructure, industrial workshop buildings, municipal and civil buildings, but also includes underground comprehensive pipe gallery, urban landscape upgrading and so on. The construction projects are scheduled to be built for 24 months.
　　The European Industrial City is an industrial park planned for Belt and Road\'s initiative. It is located in the heart of Chengdu Qingbai River area of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and is adjacent to Rongou Express Railway which is a regional international logistics hub. The European Industrial City will bring in advanced materials, intelligent manufacturing, processing, trading and other industries.
